2. Information We Collect & Permissions To function as a ghost hunting simulation tool, the App requires specific device permissions. We prioritize your privacy and ensure that personal data is processed locally on your device wherever possible.

• Camera: The App uses your device’s camera to generate the "Night Vision" and "Ghost Vision" visual filters.

  • Data Usage: Video frames are processed in real-time on your device's memory (RAM) to apply filters.

  • Storage: Images are only saved to your device's storage when you explicitly tap the "Capture" button. We do not stream, upload, or view your camera feed on our servers.

• Microphone: The App uses the microphone for the "Spirit Box" feature to analyze ambient noise levels and generate audio simulation effects.

  • Data Usage: Audio input is analyzed locally for volume peaks.

  • Storage: We do not record, store, or transmit your audio conversations to any external server.

• Sensors (Magnetometer & Accelerometer): The App uses these sensors to simulate an EMF (Electromagnetic Field) Radar.

  • Data Usage: Raw sensor data is used strictly to drive the needle animation on the screen.

3. Third-Party Data Collection (Advertising) This App is supported by advertisements. We use Google AdMob to display ads. Google AdMob may collect and use:

• Advertising ID: A unique identifier on your device used to serve personalized advertisements.

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with ads.

• Coarse Location: Approximate location data to provide relevant local advertisements.

4. Data Retention

• User Generated Content: Photos you take with the App are stored in your device’s local file system. If you uninstall the App, this data may be deleted depending on your device settings. We do not have access to these files.

• Crash Logs: Anonymous crash reports may be collected by the Google Play Services to help us fix bugs.

5. Children’s Privacy Our App allows for the simulation of paranormal investigation. While we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, the App utilizes Google AdMob which may show ads. We adhere to Google Play's Family Policy requirements where applicable.

6. Disclaimer This App is intended for entertainment purposes only. The algorithms used for "detection" are simulations based on sensor interpretation and randomization. The App does not claim scientific accuracy regarding the existence or detection of paranormal entities.
