1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SPECTRAL: Ghost Radar Detector ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

The App is provided for entertainment purposes only. All paranormal "detection" features are simulations. The App makes no scientific claims regarding the existence or detection of paranormal entities.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases:

• Spectral Pro Monthly: $4.99/month, auto-renewing

• Spectral Pro Annual: $29.99/year, auto-renewing

• One-time purchases for individual content packs and filters

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not: reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Peerware Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peerware Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
