Terms of Use for Text Blast

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Text Blast mobile application (the "App") operated by Peerware ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Text Blast on any platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.


2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.


You may not:


  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Use the App to develop a competing product or service

  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices


3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Text Blast offers optional in-app purchases, including:


  • Text Blast Pro Monthly — auto-renewable subscription

  • Text Blast Pro Yearly — auto-renewable subscription

  • Text Blast Pro Lifetime — one-time non-consumable purchase

Billing

  • All purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android)

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase

  • We do not have access to your payment details

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings:

    • iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions

    • Android: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions

Refunds

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law

  • For iOS: refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com

  • For Android: refund requests must be submitted to Google Play

Free Trial

  • If a free trial is offered, unused portions of any free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription


4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Text Blast only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:


  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual

  • Send spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited communications

  • Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others


We are not responsible for any content you create or share using the App. You are solely responsible for how you use the text generated by the App.


5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, code, and all content (excluding user-generated text), is owned by Peerware and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Peerware.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


We do not warrant that:


  • The App will be available uninterrupted or error-free

  • Any defects will be corrected

  • The App is free of viruses or other harmful components


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peerware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.


8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.


9. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS Users)

If you downloaded Text Blast from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:


  • These Terms are between you and Peerware only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

  • In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; or (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

  • Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.

  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.

  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Peerware operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
